Managing app store subscriptions

If you subscribed through an app store, subscriptions are managed in your store account rather than by us directly:

Apple App Store — Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple's subscription help.
Google Play — Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions, or Google's subscription help.

Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact us and we'll help you through the process.
