• Astrology inputs — information you choose to provide to receive readings, such as your date, time, and place of birth, gender, relationship context, and questions you ask within the app.

• Usage and device data — app interactions, pages visited, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, and crash diagnostics.

Where practicable, you may interact with parts of the Services anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, some features — such as personalised readings tied to an account — require accurate information to function.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, enter details into the app, make a purchase, or contact us. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use our websites and apps, and from third-party platforms (such as app stores) when you install or pay for our products.

3. How we use your information

We collect, hold, and use personal information to:

• provide, personalise, and improve the Services — including generating astrology readings and guidance tailored to the details you provide;
• create and manage your account, and process payments and subscriptions;
• respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
• send you service communications, and (only with your consent) marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time;
• monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance, safety, and security of the Services; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

4. AI processing

Our astrology app uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised content. The details you provide (such as birth information and the questions you ask) may be processed by AI models operated by us or by trusted third-party AI service providers, solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services. We do not sell your personal information, and we take reasonable steps to ensure our AI providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and not use it for their own unrelated purposes.

5. Storage and security

We hold personal information electronically with reputable cloud hosting providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the regulator as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.

6. Disclosure — including overseas

We may disclose personal information to:

• our service providers — such as cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and AI infrastructure providers — who help us operate the Services;
• professional advisers, regulators, and law enforcement where required or authorised by law; and
• a purchaser or successor entity if our business is sold or restructured, subject to this policy.

Some of our service providers (including cloud hosting and AI providers) are located overseas, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps as required by APP 8 to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us or using in-app account deletion where available.

8. Access and correction

Under APPs 12 and 13, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading. 9. Cookies and analytics

Our websites and apps use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Services are used so we can improve them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

If you believe we have breached the Privacy Act or the APPs, please contact us first using the details below. We take complaints seriously and will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
